Policies & Shipping

Availability of Goods:


1. All goods advertised for sale on our site are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable you will be informed by email or telephone.


2. If the item is temporarily out of stock, you can choose to have the item placed on back order so you will receive it as soon as it arrives back in stock – we will specify an approximate arrival date when emailing you. If you’d prefer not to wait, we will happily cancel your order.


3. We will not charge you for goods that we are unable to supply, however we will not be responsible for any damage or losses that you may suffer if we fail to supply goods.


4. We have attempted to display the goods on the site as accurately and fairly as possible, but are subject to the manufacturer’s reproduction techniques.

 

Prices:


5. The prices displayed on our site are correct at the time of display. However we reserve the right to alter prices from time to time without notice. Accepted orders will be charged the price at the time of ordering, with the exception of GST which is currently at the standard rate of 15% but is subject to change beyond our control.

6. We make every effort to maintain prices, but these may be subject to variations relating to foreign exchange rates and shipping costs, which are also factors beyond our control.

 

Customer Obligations:


7. By placing your order, you confirm that you agree to supply the correct details required to process your order. Where Bridezilla Roam cannot be held responsible if incorrect details are given with the order, which may result in delay or non delivery of the goods or services.

 

Payment Information:


8. We accept payment by Visa and Mastercard securely through PayPal online. Please see “Privacy” under our info tab, for further information regarding PayPal transactions.


9. Credit and Charge card payments are subject to validation and authorisation by the card issuer, and we will not be liable for any non delivery or delay if a card issuer refuses to authorise payment.


10. If you’d prefer to pay by direct credit into our bank account, please email us with your purchase details and we will happily send you instructions for payment and our account details.


11. We will accept cheques by post, but will not send any goods until the cheque has cleared - again please email us and we will provide you with appropriate instructions.

 

Liability:


12. Nothing in these terms and conditions is to be taken to exclude or restrict rights granted to you by law in respect of goods supplied.


13. We do not accept responsibility for damage to goods caused by you.


14. We will not be liable to any person for loss or damage arising from the use of goods advertised on our site.


15. * Without prejudice to your statutory rights, the information contained in this site is provided without warranty and in particular we do not represent or warrant that the information is accurate, complete or current or that the use of this site will be uninterrupted or error free. 
 

Dispatch of Goods:

16.  We will deliver the goods to the address which you have given us at the time you placed your order. We use a reputable nationwide courier service, and all packages must be signed for. If you are not home a call card will be left by the driver. The approximate time frame for delivery of a gown is around 6 weeks. For other products that are in stock at the time of ordering, these will be dispatched within 7 days. Some items may take up to 12 weeks for delivery if there are any delays with overseas supply/shipping.

17.  If there is a chance that your item will not arrive within the time frame initially specified to you upon confirmation of your order, we will email you to discuss options. We will endevour to ensure that the goods are delivered by any delivery date estimated by us, but we cannot guarantee that goods will be delivered by that date. You agree that we will not be liable to you for any loss, damage or charge incurred because of the late delivery of goods.

18. You must inform us within two working days of delivery, if the goods are lost or damaged in transit, so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem for you.

19. You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Returns:

20. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of dispatchin it's original "unused condition" and we will replace the product. This will not include your original postage costs nor your return costs. There may be a delay in replacement of your product if we have to order in more to stock to supply your replacement. Faulty Items:

21. In the unlikely event your item is faulty, please contact us via email, quoting your order number, name and reason for the return and a replacement will be arranged.
