This 3 Tier Cake features paua shell and our artificial koru fern wires. Topped with a flax kete bag. This cake is merely a concept, but we are happy to work with you to create your idea of "kiwiana or pacifica".
The cake itself can be made in the following choices:
Chocolate with accompaning layer of chocolate ganache
Banana with accompaning layer of white chocolate ganache
Carrot with accompaning layer of cream cheese icing
Fruit with plain or marzepan icing
The above will then be covered in smooth finish icing in white, ivory or chocolate.
